RATES & PAYMENT

Pay Monthly

Save up to 15% by reserving a regular slot (requires a 3-month minimum commitment)

Discounted Rates
– Weekly £56/hr: minimum 4 lessons per month – £224/month*
– Bi-Weekly £60/hr: minimum 2 lessons per month – £120/month*

(Need 90-minute or 2-hour sessions or extra ad-hoc lessons? You’ll get the same discounted rate!)

Booking & Payment
– Confirmation: Your slot is locked in once we agree on a day/time and payment for the upcoming month is received in full.
– Monthly billing: Payments are due on the 1st of each month either via bank transfer, cash or Paypal (automatic Direct Debit is highly recommended)

Lesson Cancellation
– 48+ hrs notice: your lesson payment is not lost. We can reschedule the missed session for free within a 14-day window of the original date – subject to availability around existing slots.
– Less than 48hr notice: the lesson is unfortunately forfeited. **

Pausing Lessons (planned absences)
– If you need to skip lessons or pause your schedule, please give at least 14 days notice prior to the start of the next month.
– If less notice is given, your rate for that month will temporarily adjust to match the number of lessons you take (i.e if you are on the Weekly rate but only attend 2 or 3 lessons, those will be billed at the Bi-weekly rate; if you only attend 1 it will be billed at the Drop In rate)
– Holding your slot: you can pause your schedule for up to 30 days while keeping priority on your specific time slot when you return.

Ending Lessons
After your initial 3 month commitment is complete, please provide 14 ays notice before the start of the next billing cycle if you wish to stop lessons. Once a lesson cycle has been paid for, lessons must be completed within that cycle and refund are not available.

In the event where I have to cancel
You will have the choice to:
– Reschedule the lesson at a later date (no time limit).
– Receive a full refund for that lesson.
– Deduct the cost of that lesson from your next payment.

* 5-week months: for the occasional months with 5 weeks, the extra lesson will be billed separately at your discounted rate.

**Late cancellation: I will always try my best to offer a longer follow up session to make up for lost time whenever possible. However, this is strictly dependent on my timetable and cannot be guaranteed.
