We keep our Accented 16th. Hands swap after each accent. i.e beat 1 would go R l l l L r r r etc
Once we’re comfortable with this we simply fill in the non-accented for some solid stroke ruff. i.e beat 1 was R l l l L r r r and now becomes: R lrlrlr L rlrlr
