Focusing on one hand at a time, we pick a subdivision and work our way down accenting every 8th, 7th, 6th etc note.
Pay very close attention to your motion and flow of notes. Can you prep your stroke with enough time so that you’re land on the accents instead of ‘stabbing’ them?
